My dog has the rule of the house. Nothing is off-limits. I have an in-ground pool and thus a fenced in backyard. Tobie honestly uses the pool more than the family.

A typical day
I can walk your dog at the place of your choosing, but a walk in the woods is obviously more fun for your pup. Playing fetch with tennis balls, frisbees and sticks is standard fun for most dogs.

Pet care experience
Life-long pet owner and family man. I am also an avid hiker and nature lover. Currently the owner of a friendly 110 lb. Golden Retriever named Tobie. I take him on an hour walk in the woods (Blauvelt State Park) everyday...rain or shine. My backyard actually borders the State Park, and I personally maintain several trails out there. Tobie is as strong as an ox...but I handle him without any issues. Tobie loves other dogs.

Jeff is an incredible person and a loving and responsible caregiver. He has owned cats and/or dogs his whole life who have all lived healthy and happy lives. He currently owns and cares for a golden retriever, his second golden retriever (first one passed in 2020), which he brings for a long walk in the woods every day and provides with only the best love and care. His pets are his friends which he loves, and you can tell by the beautiful relationship of love and trust that develops. He is a well-respected, friendly, and caring person with a huge heart and I highly recommend him for a position at Rover. I can assure he will make a great caretaker for any pet.
Jeff Harrow is a kind, caring, creative, and wonderful person. His love for animals is apparent in how he has treated his past pets and his current dog, Tobie. Jeff's pets have all stolen his heart and become a true member of his family. Jeff treats all animals with love and respect. Jeff is an avid hiker who enjoys daily hikes with Tobie. He also spends time with Tobie throughout the day playing frisbee, throwing the ball, building him snow castles (if there is snow), or simply sitting side by side as he watches TV or is on his computer. Tobie also has his own couch in the bedroom, but can usually be found on the big bed. :) I highly recommend Jeff as a responsible and loving pet caregiver.
