I am a proud pawrent of 5: Meshuggah (1 yr border collie) Colby Jack (6 yr terrier mix) Mavis (2 yr shi tzu mix and Colbys daughter) Daxter (4 yr orange tabby) Nymeria (1 yr gray tabby) I work part time, as working with dogs (be it mine or a client's pup) now takes up most of my days! I am incredibly fortunate to be able to work with animals for a living; be it walking, sitting, obedience training, or just the basics like feeding and monitoring.

Safety, trust & environment
I don't currently offer boarding, but when invited into the client's home, I tend to stick to the pet's at-home regimen as far as potty, feeding, walks, etc go I keep a very watchful and mindful eye while I am in the home, as the pet is my #1 priority while on site. Often times, pets naturally gravitate towards me, so I tend to always be in the same room as them one way or another 😂
Information Jef B. would like to know about your pet
Knowing your dogs typical potty, exercise and feeding schedule is very important to me as a pet care worker. Knowing your dogs basic and special needs ahead of time will allow me to work said care into my daily schedule! Vet info as well is key!
A typical day
Our day typically begins with a morning walk in the grass fields and the potty breaks that of course are entailed. This time includes time for exploration, time to throw the ball, and run around in the grass to get the necessary exercise. If your dog is well trained for car rides, that is never out of the question! This leads to adventures such as hiking, nature walks, the beach etc. Our day ends with another potty break in the grass fields and then winding down as night time sets in.

Pet care experience
I've been handling dogs professionally for about 8 years. I love playing with dogs, training them, and being among them in general. I have been told by many that dogs that have met me have a mutual feeling toward me. Nothing excites me more than a friendly wag of the tail, happy to see a companion arrive for a day of fun and care. Whatever needs your dog is in need of, I make it a priority to see to it that those needs are fulfilled to complete and total satisfaction and then some.
Reviews

We were visiting from out of town and staying in a local hotel with my rescue chihuahua. She is a scaredy cat around strangers and has separation anxiety. We booked Jef to come and stay with her in the room while we went to dinner on two nights. He was so chill and so good with her. She never lets strangers touch her and will scream if they try. I was surprised that he put out his hand the first time he met her and she came up and sniffed him. That's not normal for her. He gave her space until she was ready to be friendly. He sent me pictures both nights and she was perfectly calm with him. I would definitely recommend Jef and will book him again if we return to the area.

Jef has been a wonderful help with our 105lb German Shepherd “Rambo” . Rambo is highly trained to commands and Jef adapted immediately to his routine. They quickly developed a special bond and Rick and I really appreciated Jef’s sincere and special touch. I would trust Jef anytime with my home and With Rambo.
Jef was extremely responsive and took great care of my 91 year old father’s cats when he left on a family emergency.

Our 2 dogs loved Jef, and he took very good care of them. You can tell he has a genuine love of animals. We will definitely use him again.
