When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free in their own environment. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, portion sizes, walk times, and any specific care needs. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and exercise based on their energy level and personality. For dogs, that includes walks, outdoor time, and engagement. For cats, I provide interaction, litter box cleaning, and a calm presence. I also prioritize keeping the home clean and organized—refreshing water bowls, cleaning up after pets, and making sure their space stays tidy. If needed, I can administer basic medications and keep a close eye on their health and behavior. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins to give owners peace of mind while they’re away. My goal is to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, just like they would with their owner.
