Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with pets of all personalities and energy levels. I currently have two cats of my own, volunteer at the BC SPCA, and regularly babysit family friends’ dogs, which has given me hands-on experience with feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning, and making pets feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. I’m very patient, attentive, and comfortable around animals, and I’m definitely the type of person who will stop someone in public just to ask if I can pet their dog. Whether it’s an energetic dog that loves attention or a shy cat that needs a little extra patience, I truly enjoy building trust and making animals feel safe, happy, and loved.

I’ve cared for pets of different breeds, ages, and personalities through pet sitting and volunteering, and I understand that every pet is different and warms up at their own pace. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine consistent so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their owner is away.

We love Jeannine ! From the moment we met her we knew she would be perfect for our Simon. She is very punctual to the point that our dog knows the days she is coming over to walk him , that he sits on the front door mat waiting for her . Her natural gift with animals shows when our recluse old barn cat comes out to great her, he doesn’t like anyone , but Jeannine . We want to keep Jeannine our best kept secret so she can always dog sit for us because we travel a lot for work .

Schedule
I currently work part time, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or keeping pets company, I’m able to easily fit pet care into my daily routine.
