I currently work from home most days; going to work 3-4 hours 2x/week at most. I usually take pups on 3-4 walks a day. I have an unfenced yard for quick (always leashed) potty breaks as necessary. We take longer walks to The Grove, around LACMA, or Pan Pacific Park 1-2x/day.

Safety, trust & environment
I share an unfenced yard with two neighbors with dogs who often play together. While we sit on each others’ patios, the dogs are on a 10-foot leash staked to the ground, so the dogs can safely roam and play. Or the dogs can choose to hang out closer to us if they’d prefer. When I’m inside working, your dog is free to lounge anywhere where they are comfortable. (My coworkers love dogs, so yours may make an appearance on Zoom 😁). When I leave for errands or yoga, I separate the dogs into different rooms in my apartment, each with their own windows and comfy places to lounge. Or if your dog is more comfortable in a crate, I’m open to that.

Information Jeannette J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special behaviors or needs. Also, I’d love to know if there are any specific habits we should continue practicing (most common are specific leash habits and commands that you may be practicing at home).
A typical day
Typical days include a long morning walk, a few potty breaks throughout the day and a long evening walk. If your dog likes, they’re welcome to run errands with me! On weekends I often take the pups with me to Runyon.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs and cats. Stray animals somehow always found their way into our home. My mom is a dog trainer; while I’m not a professional, I’ve picked up a few tricks of the trade. My soul dog, Zumi, of 12 years crossed the rainbow bridge about a year ago. While I’m not ready for a dog of my own, I love having pups stay over; they get all the love I would have given her. I was with her from puppyhood through her senior life and am happy to care for pups of all ages and energy levels. I’m experienced with specialized diets, giving medication, and any special needs your pup may have.
Reviews

Jeanette is a wonderful attentive dog sitter. I always feel like my dog is in good hands and happy when he stays with her.

I would recommend Jeannatte to everyone! She did so well with our girl and communicated perfectly! Such an easy and seamless process with Jeannette - book her now if you can!

Jeannette, was excellent! She boarded Melo for 2 days. She keep me updated with messages and videos of how well he was doing in her care. I could tell he was having a great time with her and enjoyed the outings. I will definitely book her again!

She was so kind and tentative to our angel girl :) grateful we found her!!
