I offer a 1 free visit meet up before the stay to get the pup comfortable. Depending on the individual pet I can always leave something of mine so they can get use to my smell there have been times that I do few drop ins for the more anxious fur baby. I am willing to work with you so your fur baby can be as relaxed and calm before the stay. We can talk of any triggers or sensitivities.

I will normally go over the needs of your Pets before the visit as some pets require more then others I normally would like to remain what ever schedule the fur baby already has to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

I have 2 cats and 1 dog , have worked with trainers to learn how to better understand my fur babies. I have also volunteered at shelters and learned different techniques of how to understand body movements and signs to better assist with their needs. I love my fur babies and will treat yours as I would want mine treated.

Jeanette was a great find! She was easy to communicate with, polite and friendly. She did everything we asked of her, and was also happy to water our plant and collect mail whilst we were away. Everything was left clean and tidy and she obviously took pride in doing a good job! I would not hesitate to recommend her. And we would happily book her again! I don't know whether she eventually got snuggle time with our cats, but they seemed happy around her and quickly got over any uncertainty around a stranger.
Jeannette was very communicative! She reached out with questions and was very on top of the requested tasks! She did a great job taking care of my dog and 2 cats especially with my dog needing multiple meds a day
I was cautious over leaving my home and rescue dog for first time so I went through several sources before using Rover.com but after several "meet n greets" I found someone who could work remotely to spend the 4 days I would be gone with the least amount of time away to meet my needs. Jeannette was the best person I could have found for my first time away and would highly recommend her as a very responsible, experienced and loving pet owner who gave me the confidence to rely upon someone approved by an established company that does background checking and oversight to alleviate any anxiety over leaving my pet for a first time experience. I will definitely use Rover and Jeannette again, also in other ways when needed.
Yoshi had a great time hanging out w Jeannette. She communicated often and made sure our girl had plenty of walks. Thank you!
