I work from home with a flexible schedule so our pets are never left alone for more than a couple hours. We are early risers and go to bed around 10pm. The house is very quiet during school/work hours.

Pet care experience
We are an active, animal-loving family with a 4-year-old child, a cat, a macaw, and a 1 year old White Swiss Shepherd, Marceau! Since we're not currently able to commit to having a 2nd dog full time, we would love having temporary roommates for Marceau to play with through Rover. We have lots of puppy and dog experience with a particular fondness for retrievers and shepherds. During the week our child is in school full time while I work from home. We live in a large single family home with a fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. All our pets (and child) are calm and lower energy, so we have a peaceful home despite the full house.

I can’t thank Jeanna enough! This has been the best experience we've had, and our 1-year-old puppy agrees. Jeanna was super responsive and shared tons of pictures multiple times a day. They also have a puppy at home who immediately became Mochi’s best friend. There're some amazing amenities in their backyard for the puppies to enjoy. It was Mochi’s first time staying with a new family overnight, and he caused a lot of trouble with accidents and refusing to stay in the crate. However, Jeanna and her family were very patient with him. I’m so grateful for their kindness and really happy that Mochi was well taken care of while we were away!
Once again Jeanna and Niko (and pup Charlie) showed Elsie a great time. They completely accommodated our busy last minute travel quirks and even went out of their way to make sure Elsie was picked up and dropped off. Elsie can't wait to go spend another weekend with Charlie.
Elsie had a great time with Jeanna and her husband (and of course Charlie). Jeanna sent lots of pictures and was super accommodating for our pick up and drop off times. Highly recommend.
