I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with hands-on experience looking dogs of all ages. I’ve cared for both a senior dog and an energetic young puppy, so I’m comfortable adapting to different needs, whether that’s gentle care, maintaining routines, or keeping active pets engaged. I also regularly house-sit my friend's dog while she’s away, ensuring that he is well-fed, comfortable, and given plenty of attention and walks. Previously, I volunteered at an animal shelter in South Africa where I walked and cared for dogs, gaining experience with a variety of temperaments. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

I prioritise safety, comfort, and trust in every home I care for pets in, treating each space and animal as if it were my own. I follow all feeding instructions, maintain routines, and supervise playtime or walks. I also pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s gentle care for seniors, extra stimulation for energetic dogs or cats, or quiet time for shy animals. My goal is to create a safe, happy, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and owners can have complete peace of mind.

Jeanique was simply perfect. She looked after our cat Peggy while we were out of country for a week. She sent reliable updates with lots of photos and videos and she took care of everything for us. I won't hesitate to contact jeanique any time we're away
I would recomend Jeanique and will book her again! She was communicative and my cat seemed to be at ease with her from the start. She had to deal with a couple of mishaps with my cat being sick on the carpet and peeing outside the box (!!!) and was very graceful about it. I am very thankful 🙏
Jeanique sat in my home with Manu for 5 days whilst I was abroad. Manu was really happy in her company which is obviously any owners' paramount concern, but in addition to that Jeanique sent updates and photos which were reassuring. She also went above and beyond, staying a little longer so that Manu did not have too long by himself after we landed, which I really appreciated . Finally, I returned to my home in the spotless condition I'd left it in. I would recommend Jeanique to anyone - friendly, conscientious, considerate and great with my dog. Thank you

I’m currently on a sabbatical, so I have a flexible schedule and can provide pet care at your convenience, fitting seamlessly into your routine and ensuring your pet receives consistent attention, exercise, and companionship whenever needed.
