Home full-time, I’m a dog magnet!
I have had dogs all of my life. I have had small Jack Russells to large German Shepards, hunting breeds, purebreds and pound puppies. I have helped raise Brittany puppies and cared for senior dogs. Dogs always seem to attach themselves to me; partly because I am always loving on them and also because I am calm around them. I work from home so am available to take multiple walks throughout the day and play with them if they are high energy dogs. I am extremely flexible with your dogs needs or if there are special requests. Please don’t hesitate to ask. I will do my best to give your pet the best experience away from home and to treat them like my own.

Jeanie is amazing! We felt so safe leaving our two big dogs with her. She took great care of them. She'd read their profiles and knew about our pups' needs. It's clear she knows what she's doing. She's very friendly and even sent them home with some homemade dog treats.

We so appreciate Jeanie taking such good care of our dog Roady for a couple nights. She sent us lots of pictures to let us know how much he was enjoying his stay with her. He seemed right at home! This was our first time getting a sitter for one of our pets and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. If we are in the area and need a sitter again, we will definitely call on Jeanie!

I work from home but when I am caring for your pet I make them the priority. I love getting to know them and their personalities.

Safety, trust & environment
I don’t have a fenced yard so dogs are kept on a leash unless they are trained to follow commands. I try to give them the best experience in outdoor play within safe guidelines. When in a clients home I will typically try to keep your dog active with play or outdoor activities. They will also get lots of belly rubs and butt scratches. I do try to keep everything else consistent with their routine such as feedings and potty breaks. I try to never be gone more than a few hours at a time especially when getting to know your dog.
A typical day
There is a long private driveway leading up to the house that is great for multiple walks throughout the day. There are also lots of trails close by. We have a lot of ball and frisbees for those pups who like to play and are high energy.
