Safety, trust & environment

While we do not have a fully fenced yard, because we own 20 acres, we do have a secure 6 foot tall heavy duty fencing off one side of the in ground pool and covered porch for those that are not well off leash. We also have a fenced in area for smaller dog on the other side of the inground pool and behind the garage. We plan to fence more areas in the spring for more yard play near the open firepit. We have doggie pools for hot days :) and inground pool for those dogs who enjoy swimming. We are a pet friendly neighborhood & a safe yard where your pet will be supervised at all times. We also have a house filled with Dog toys, treats & safety devices: gates, crates . Etc... We are ready to give your loved one the attention they need!

Information Jeanetta P. would like to know about your pet

HI "Pet family" When contacting our family I will generally ask the following from you: ~ How is your pet with other dogs and a indoor/outdoor cat? Our Lab left our world June 27, 2016 LilMiss: was born 2013 ~ She is a 14 lb terrier mix We have 2 of her daughters who were born November 2017 TriOpal and Pateley Loverboy is a black cat who we rescued 2022 and is able to come and go as he pleases through a dog door that leads to the back yard. He also likes to great guests when they arrive if it is warm outside. ~ Does your pet require a kennel? ~ Is your pet allowed on furniture? ~ What are the sleeping arrangements for your pet in your home? ~ Does your pet have any allergies? ~ Is your pet house trained? What do they do to let you know they need to go outdoors for bathroom use? ~ Does your pet have any special needs? ~ What is your pets favorite toy? ~ Do they enjoy walks? We take daily walks along the Historical Warrenton Greenway Trail. Will you pet be okay with other pets while walking? ~ Does your pet like water? We like to find trails that have watering holes around the area in the National Forests on weekends: our pets love to go with us everywhere we can take them, so we would love for your pet to accompany us too!! ~ Is there anything that will trigger aggression in your pet? ~ What do you do with your pet when you leave your own home and they are left alone? Jenn is a work at home Mom who no longer needs to really tend to the needs of the kids in sports and school. as the youngest is now 17 and her bothers in their 20's and moved on to adult on their own. (As of 2023) For the most part, your dogs will not be left alone very long during the day. We do attend Church. Your pet would be left alone (with our dogs) while we are out of the home. They might also be left alone if Jenn needs to pick up or drop off dogs.

A typical day

Our Dog sitting style is easy going, relaxed & lots of fun. Basically we are flexible to the needs of our Pet families while your pet is in our care. Your pets will be played with, walked, and given love & treats while you are away. Your pets will be treated as our own. We are well tempered and are go with the flow style. We will do our best to help your pet have a stress free stay. We ask that you provide your pets food while you are away, as well as any treats your would normally give them. Please let us know if your pet has any food allergies. Our Yorkie Mix does not always eat all of her food and most of the dogs that stay in our care get the opportunity to gobble it down at one point or another. We feed our dogs food and supplements from Pawtree & BarkBox. (It will be an additional cash charge if we are required to feed your pet our food) Our dogs have access to Fresh filtered room temp. water at all times. Please let us know if this is a issue for your pet. If your pet has a favorite toy, please bring it along, as well as any leash, bed, kennel, harness, etc. but PLEASE make sure its labeled

Pet care experience

Offering boarding services in our home! We are a small Local Family run business located on 20 acres in Marshall. All our our family members help out so we can accommodate our pet-care families to any changing needs while also being as reliable as we can for you and your family. We are flexible to your Parenting approach and will treat your pets as family! We ask that guests that are crate trained come with their crate so that at night (if not allowed to sleep in the bed) and when we have to run a errand we can rest assured that everyone is comfortable and safe. But if your baby is not comfortable with a crate, we can accommodate that as well! Outside of those times, your babies are part of the family, cuddling with us on the couch, playing freely, going for walks and getting spoiled by the entire household. Offering in-home care accommodates those that don't play well with others or simply prefer to remain in their own environment. We cater care to the needs of our families. Ready to watch your loved Family pets when you cant. We have been blessed to have pets in our home our entire lives. Our pets are our family too!! We are great with pets & Love all unconditionally. We know what it is like to need someone to take care of yours with Love while your away.

I’m so relieved I found Jenn! I always have anxiety when dropping my dog somewhere for the first time, but I felt comfortable with Jenn from the moment I met her. She put all my worries at ease, and sent pics and videos throughout the day which helped as well. I can tell she loves dogs and she took great care of my sweet anxious boy. I would highly recommend her!
