My life is currently in transition. I am currently around quite often for your furpets' needs. I can also care for birds and small fuzzy creatures (hamsters, etc.)

Safety, trust & environment
Making sure people's fur-children are safe is my number one priority. I take safety measures such as always checking leashes and harnesses are secure and tight enough so they won't slip out. I wrap the leash around my wrist in a way that will keep them secure even if they get startled. I check areas to make sure there are no tempting things to eat on walks or in any areas. I listen to pet "owners" regarding what they know about their "kids" and make sure to follow instructions.

Information Jean R. would like to know about your pet
- what startles them? - how do they like to be petted? - when do they like their walks and where do they like to go (that they are allowed to go)? - what can make them act out? - what verbal cues help keep them feel cared for and secure? - anything else you feel pertinent to a fun and easy sit?
A typical day
- i love to play with the animals and like to know what they like to do. - do they like to watch tv and cuddle? that's okay with me. - do they have a dog park that they like to go to where they get to see their furiends?

Pet care experience
What your pup gets on a stay stay with them: ~ At least 2 walks a day. (unless otherwise directed) ~ Affection galore (one of the most important parts, and they will still be happy to go home to you. :) ~ Feeding schedule and types of food stuck to (a change in food is one of the things that can make pups most nervous). ~ A peaceful time and place to sleep. ~ And, play! (if so desired) ~ and pictures and videos for you, depending on whether the pups keep doing what they are doing while I break out my phone. HaHa! My dear Poco has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge: April 29, 2024. She lived a very long a full life and I continue this work knowing she is still my “assistant”. I do sometimes have more than one sit at a time, so please specify if your pal(s) are amicable to making new furiends.
Reviews
We are so incredibly happy with Jean! She was kind, professional and communicative with us. Our fur babies both seemed to have so much fun with her! It gave us great peace of mind. We will be using her for future trips!

Jean was AMAZING! She constantly provided update photos and videos of our two pups while away and she left our home the way she found it - clean and tidy. She may have even cleaned a little more while she was here! We will definitely be using her for our dog & house sitting needs!!

My anxious dogs loved her and had a great time! We were gone for a week and Jean took great care of our home and our boys.

This was the first time I chose Jean to watch Winston and I am so glad I found her on the Rover app. She was wonderful!! Sent my pictures and videos of them on walks, playing and resting :). It reassured me that Winston was in very good hands and was happy. Jean is responsible, responsive, loving to my pet, and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend.
