I couldn't be happier with the care Jean provided for my cats and my home. Jean was incredibly responsive before and during my trip, carefully reviewed all of my instructions, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure everything was clear. Jean sent wonderful photo updates throughout the stay, and it was obvious my two cats were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Jean took the time to play with my cats, keep em entertained, and give my cats treats (per my instructions!) which I really appreciated. I consider one of my cats as pretty cautious and shy, and based on the pictures and updates I received, Jean was able to get her out of her shell and relaxed in literally no time. On top of taking awesome care of my cats, Jean also took amazing care of my home. My apartment was probably in better shape than when I left. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Jean to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and caring pet sitter.
