Pet care fits perfectly into my daily life with Mia! Here is what your pup can expect: • Daytime Freedom: Our dog door gives them free access to a secure yard, so they never have to hold their pee. They can head out to relieve themselves or sunbathe whenever they want. • Daily Walks: We take a solid walk every single day around the big grassy area right outside our house. • Weekend Hikes: On the weekends, we love to take the dogs out hiking so they can explore trails and burn off extra energy alongside Mia!

Creating a safe, welcoming space is my top priority. When your pet stays with us, they are treated like part of the family! Here is how I ensure a secure, happy, and trustworthy environment: • A Secure, Dog-Proofed Home: Our yard is fully fenced and safe for exploring. The dog door lets them step out whenever they need to, which completely eliminates the stress of having to hold it in. • Supervised Play: I always keep a close eye on interactions. Thanks to my training experience with Mia, I know how to read dog body language to ensure everyone is comfortable, playing nicely, and respecting each other's boundaries. • Positive Reinforcement: I use positive reinforcement to maintain the good manners you’ve taught them. Between our daily walks, weekend hikes, and fun mental enrichment, I keep them safely engaged and out of trouble.

Pet care experience
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been a huge fan of animals, but I waited until I started working to finally get a pup of my own. Four years ago, I brought home Mia, a sweet Miniature Australian Shepherd. I would love to look after your fur babies, and here is a little bit about what sets our home apart: * Self-Taught Training & Performance Skills: I spent hours watching online tutorials and trained Mia entirely by myself using positive reinforcement. She’s turned out to be such a well-behaved and balanced girl that she even performs in public events (videos of her performances are available online!). People often stop to ask me what trainer I use, and I bring that same patience and care to every dog I host. * Stress-Free Yard Access: Our house is completely set up for dogs! We have a doggy door that leads right into a secure, fully fenced yard. This means your pup never has to stress about holding it in until it's time for a walk. They have the freedom to head outside to relieve themselves, sniff around, or just relax in the sun whenever they feel like it. * Exclusive Care: I limit my bookings to up to 2 dogs to ensure your pup gets my undivided attention. Unlike crowded boarding situations, your dog will enjoy a calm, personalized stay where their specific needs and routines are prioritized. * A Built-In Best Friend: I have plenty of experience caring for friends’ dogs, ranging from little 10-pound guys to 65-pound big dogs. Mia plays wonderfully with all of them, and I can always tell she is super happy to host new friends. Your baby is guaranteed to have a fun, welcoming playdate.
Reviews

Jean took great care of my fur baby Kobe during our family summer vacation. She sent regular updates with photos and videos. Kobe got plenty of exercise and love during his own vacation. Thank you Jean!

Jean took good care of Penny and took her on a hike over the weekend. She also provided daily updates. Penny had a good time at her place overall!
We had a wonderful experience! Jean took great care of my dog Lucky, and I could tell Lucky really enjoyed her stay. She was kind, responsible, and attentive, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. Lucky also got along really well with Mia, and it was so sweet to know they became friends. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to book with her again!

Jean is a great sitter and we are very pleased of her services.
