It's the purr-fect job for me while I'm in school! 🐱🐶 I've been around animals for fur-ever and I love them with all my heart! ❤️ When you're doing something that brings you peace, you're not really working, right? This has turned into my sole job while I'm school. I take my and your time very serious. If you book a 30 min walk you get a 30 min walk. When you choose your drop off/ pick up time, be mindful that I do expect your arrival to be on time! This time can be altered based on yours/ my needs even after booking. Youll simply have to communicate and let me know whats going on and of your late arrival. Late arrivals/ drop offs will be charged an extra $14/hr after the missed dropp off or pick up time. It is your job to be here on time for drop off and pick ups. I will waive this at my discretion (typically with good communication letting me know of the delay prior to the missed time slot). I hold myself to a strong timely manner and I will always give a hour or more in advance of any changes on my part. Please respect my time as much as I respect yours. 🙏🏿 Schedules are very important to me. I stick to a set schedule for potty, feeding, and walks. It makes my day run much smoother. You can expect to receive an abundance of photographs and updates, either in real-time or consistently between the hours of 9 and 10 pm.🐶🐾

Safety, trust & environment

All feedings are done separately. I don't keep anything on the ground other than dog toys. When I'm downstairs, the dogs are downstairs. Wherever I am, they usually are too. My dogs are kennel sleepers and the kennels are in the loft across from my bedroom. I take them out every hour and I typically go to the park once every other day. I have 3 large parks nearby my home. I take pride in knowing my dogs have never been hurt and they live a wonderdul life. I love them more than anything! So the safety of your fur baby is just as important. To elaborate on kennel: all dogs have to come with a kennel. No dog is in the kennel during the day. I only cage for feedings, when I'm out of the house, and at night. If you don't have a cage, one will be provided at an additional cost. I never accept more dogs than I'm able to take care of and love on so please don't think of this as a dog facility. My operation is truly an extension of home for my visitors. They will be comfortable and we will discuss ways to make sure their comfort and my needs (food separation, without supervision, and night time) are being accommodated for.

Information jazmine c. would like to know about your pet

Could you please tell me more about their behavior with other dogs and their preferred activities during the day? This information will help me ensure that I can meet their needs and provide them with a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Could you please provide me with some information about their behavioral traits? For instance, are they runners? Do they require constant supervision to prevent them from consuming feces or grass while outdoors? Are they prone to depression when left alone? Additionally, I would like to know what activities they are permitted or restricted from doing at home, such as getting on the couch, feeding themselves, drinking, kissing faces, or roaming freely. My goal is to replicate their home environment as closely as possible. Therefore, if they are not allowed on the couch at home, they will not be permitted to do so here.

A typical day

I love playing with my dogs and cuddling with them. I make sure to take them to the park at least every other day so they can run and play.I genuinely desire to create a homely and comfortable environment for them, ensuring that they feel at home and not away from their usual surroundings. One-on-one play sessions are always enjoyable. We engage in playful activities such as interactive toy play or educational games. During one-on-one lessons, we typically focus on commands, puzzle toys, personal cuddles, or simply have fun and goof around. Group play involves other dogs (including my own) participating in similar activities such as puzzle toys, treat toys, tugging, and chasing. Individual play takes place in my loft, where they have access to various toys and treat toys to play with independently. Each day, they experience at least one personal one-on-one session with me, multiple group play sessions, and a few one-on-one play sessions by themselves.

Pet care experience

I have always been referred to as a "dog whisperer" due to my innate affinity for animals and their well-being. Since my childhood, dogs would frequently visit our residence and patiently wait outside until my return from school. I felt compelled to make it my personal mission to reunite them with their respective homes. Furthermore, I have had the privilege of attending Cesar Millan's dog training classes, which proved to be an enriching experience, allowing me to interact with a diverse range of animals and gain valuable insights into their behaviors.I have had my beloved dog, Chico, for 14 years. We have grown up together through middle school, high school, college, and beyond. He has accompanied me everywhere, and I have never entrusted his care to anyone else because I know that no one can provide the same level of love and attention that I do. My heart has always been pure and filled with love, and I have an immense amount of patience, which I developed during my seven years as a daycare teacher. This patience extends to all aspects of my life. I have been a flight attendant for three years, a job that I thoroughly enjoy. However, I have decided to transition to becoming a pilot. While I am no longer working as a flight attendant, I attend school for 10 days each month. During these days, I fly for 1-2 hours. Rest assured, I will still be available to care for your precious pets when I am not soaring through the skies in a Cessna 172. When I am not in school, I am usually at home. As you may know, flight school is quite expensive. Therefore, my current focus is on providing exceptional care for your beloved dogs. I also have experience working in a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, playing with the dogs, grooming them, administering medication, and providing them with the utmost care, just as I would want someone to care for my own dogs if they were in daycare or boarding. Regrettably, I had to leave because it pains me to be around individuals who accept jobs they have no interest in, particularly when it involves dogs, infants, the elderly, or the general public. I take pride in being open, dependable, trustworthy, entertaining, and affectionate! I intend to build a long-lasting relationship with you and your pet. I sincerely hope to meet you and your furry companions soon!

Unfortunately came at the incorrect time during our second drop in. We were scheduled from 10-11am and she came 9-10am. That left our pups without a bathroom break for an extra hour later in the day as we were both working late shifts. When I reached out about this she offered to refund $18 which was only about 25% of the visit cost. I politely responded that didn’t seem like a fair compensation since the visit was incorrect and she ignored my message.

Jazmine stepped in at the last minute to care for our Tyson so we could attend a graduation. He has a lot of energy and she was so patient with him. I really appreciated the meet and greet. She was thorough and kind. Her love for dogs put me at ease. We can't thank her enough!
