Jayne did a perfect job looking after our two senior dogs while we were away for the weekend and at short notice. She kept in touch regularly and the dogs were very chill and obviosuly warmd to Jayne very quickly which gave us total piece of mind. She made sure to ask questions and check any details she needed, and also left us a lovely card at the end. A great experience and we are hoping to book again soon!
Jayne was absolutely fantastic looking after our two dogs during her overnight stay. From the moment we met her, she was warm, professional, and clearly cared about making sure both the dogs and we felt comfortable. She took excellent care of our dogs, keeping them happy, well looked after, and settled while we were away. We returned home to two very content pups and could tell they had received plenty of attention and care. Jayne was also incredibly respectful of our home. Everything was left spotless, clean, and tidy, and she treated the house as if it were her own. The attention to detail was exceptional — she even folded the ends of the toilet rolls into neat little triangles! It was such a thoughtful touch and showed the pride she takes in what she does. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jayne to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. We will definitely be booking her again in the future.
Jayne was excellent when looking after our 11 month old Max. We would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter. We booked a last minute sitting with Jayne and because we couldn't do a face to face meeting beforehand, Jayne made sure we had a video call so she could introduce herself, learn all about Max and ourselves and make sure we were comfortable. On the day, Jayne was wonderful with our pup. She sent us regular updates to ease our minds and it was clear that Max had a lovely time with her. She let us know what he got up to and if there was anything we needed to be aware of before she left. We are definitely going to be asking Jayne to dog sit for us again in the future!
Jayne looks after my English Bulldog cross American Pitbull, Halle, whenever I go away for work or on holiday, and I honestly could not ask for a better dog sitter. Halle suffers with separation anxiety, so leaving her is always stressful, but having Jayne stay at home with her makes the whole experience so much easier and gives me real peace of mind. Jayne keeps me updated throughout with regular messages and photos, which really reassures me that Halle is happy, settled, and being so well cared for. She truly goes above and beyond for her, giving her all the love, care, attention, and patience she needs — and Halle can definitely be very needy at times! When we get home, it is obvious how attached Halle becomes to Jayne, and she is genuinely sad to see her leave. That alone says everything about how amazing she is with her. Jayne is also incredibly respectful of my home and treats both Halle and my house with so much care. Jayne was my first ever dog sitter, and I was naturally nervous the first time I booked with her, but she completely exceeded all expectations. She is absolutely the only dog sitter I use, and I always look forward to booking with her knowing Halle is in great hands. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
