Trusted animal lovers living afloat
Having lost both my cat Cat Stevens and dog Tilly my beautiful staffie at 16 years old in 2024. I have a lot of experience with both young and old animals. It’s a bit unusual as I live on a boat, not a narrow one mine is a wide beam. This doesn’t ever move as I moor here permanently at the marina. The surrounding area here is perfect for dog walking along with the boat being stable with no motion sensation when onboard, lots of space.

Jayne looked after Jake during some of the hottest weather ever so it wasn't easy. We got regular updates including photos and videos to reassure us he was ok. Can highly recommend and very comfortable leaving Jake with her.
We left Jake with Jayne for the first time for a break abroad. Jayne was amazing with him . We had regular updates and videos. I could tell straight away he was having a great time which made us happy and confident he was being well looked after. We've already booked Jayne for our June holiday.

As always jayne and bri were amazing with milo. He absolutely loves coming on his own little holiday, and we just know the level of care he gets is the best. Wouldn't leave him with anyone else. Would highly recommend

This was the second time Jayne has looked after Willow for us. Willow was so excited to see her again, it was obvious how much she loves Jayne. Leaving Willow in Jayne's care meant we could enjoy our weekend away without a worry - we could see from the daily pics Jayne sent us that Willow was perfectly happy without us. Thanks, Jayne, for looking after her and our house so well.

Schedule
I am retired and at home to ensure your pet gets our undivided attention. I enjoy walking everyday in the beautiful surroundings ding area of Shardlow, either on the canal bank or further afield.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large living space on board which can be filled with your pets creature comforts. Grass and fields surround the Marina which makes this a perfect place for your pets mini break.
A typical day
Living in the country around Shardlow I take any dog that stays with me on 3-4 mile walks daily. Always have fun so bring along any pull toys or balls.
