Jayne is a great dog & house sitter. We were very happy to have her watch our dog and would love to have her watch him again!

I was not pleased with Jayne's service. At first I was happy because she responded quickly and even offered to start the walk with my dog earlier. As it turned out, she was a bit late and brought another stranger who also entered my apartment! On top of that I have asked her to not stop too often with my dog and make sure he gets a nice walk but she only managed 0.3 miles in 30 min. so my dog didn't get his exercise in.

You took very good care of my dog as he had just hurt his knee and he needed some help.

Very concern when I have the info information about Sky’s behavior, the food,… very nice to receive some photos every day.

My dog was happy to see her for the 3 walks out of the 4 that were scheduled; however, selecting the times on the app was useless. She never showed up on time. She asked before booking if I was time flexible and I said « yes a little » I thought by time flexible, she meant 10-15 minutes late at the most but it was anywhere between 30 mins to 2.5hrs+ and last one was a no show since her car broke down and needed to cancel but she didn’t want to cancel from her end. I didn’t get my refund even after contacting rover. I would not recommend if you’re visiting the area and have plans but maybe could work if you have no plans at all and she just shows up whenever she wants. The pictures sent were taken back to back in the same area right outside the hotel. She had no water for him, so poor baby would run to his water as soon as he comes back and he never does that when I carry his water with me. The walks were very short compared to other walkers I booked. Overall a bad experience.
