work part-time and have some flexible side work, which allows me to structure my schedule around the needs of the pets I care for. I always make sure I have plenty of time for walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and keeping animals comfortable and cared for. Being around animals is something I truly enjoy, so it’s an easy and fulfilling part of my routine.

I usually stay with them and try to keep their normal routine as consistent as possible, including meals, walks, playtime, cuddles, and downtime. I know being away from their family can be stressful for pets, so I focus on helping them feel safe, calm, and cared for while their humans are away.

I always like to know a pet’s quirks and needs ahead of time. Whether they have a favorite toy, specific medications, funny routines, secret fears, or a talent for causing adorable chaos, those little details help me make them feel comfortable and understood. Every pet has their own personality, and I love getting to know what makes them uniquely them.
A typical day
It really depends on the pet and what they enjoy most. Some want zoomies, walks, toys, and adventures, while others prefer snuggles, naps, and quiet company. I like to meet them where they are and follow their energy. At the end of the day, it’s their world and I’m just there for the ride.

Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong dog person that likes them all, big and small! I stay pretty busy dog sitting, especially in the summer, and I'd love to hangout with your four-legged friends. I'm comfortable with cats and other pets as well, just ask! I have had dogs and cats my entire life (not currently) and have experience with several breeds and some medical issues, such as epileptic seizures. I am compassionate and caring, and love puppy snuggles (if they want to give them). I will stay in your house or come by as needed. Along with the pet-sitting, if I'm staying at your place, I'm happy to bring in the mail, roll out the trash, and even take care of your pool if you've got one!

Jayna took care of Bijou for us over the July 4th weekend. She was well cared for and happy.
Jayna has been a pet and house sitter for us for several years. She's always dependable and willing to listen to all of our pup's needs and schedule. The house is always in great shape when we get home. I know she truly has a heart for pets and takes great care of Lolly. It is a delight to have her be a part of the care of our home and family.
Jayna always does such a wonderful job with our rat terrier Bandit! She's very responsive and even sends pictures of him which gives us such peace of mind. She will always be our go to gal for puppy sitting our sweet Bandit!
Jayna is amazing! We have a small dog (morkie) and he is not a lover of all by any means. We were super worried about leaving him with her because of his surly behavior. Well, a day into our trip she sent us an adorable picture of them and he was totally fine and loving as if she were a part of the family. She is a dog whisperer for sure! Great and super trust-worthy!
