I'm Jay, a West Harnham local and proud owner of two very opinionated rescue dachshunds (they run the house, I just pay the bills). After more than a decade of looking after pets, from bouncy Labradors to shy cockatiels, I’ve learned that every animal speaks its own quirky language. Luckily, I’m fluent in squeak, woof, and meow. I started pet sitting years ago because friends noticed I was the one who always ended up with an extra lead in my hand or a guinea pig on my lap. What began as “can you help just this once?” turned into a passion I never put down. Whether you need someone to keep your dog happy while you’re away, give your cat company when you’re working late, or make sure the budgie doesn’t throw a tantrum, I’m here to help. I’m based in West Harnham, but I also happily cover Salisbury, Wilton, Netherhampton, and nearby villages. If you're not in these areas, feel free to ask me - I will likely be happy to make a plan to travel. Jayme was absolutely fantastic with Maverick, our 16 week old puppy. He loved his time with her, and her calming presence helped him settle, which he can find hard to do without his humans present. She took the time to find out what he needed in the time I was out, and we would recommend Jayme to anyone needing pet sitting. Thank you so much for making me feel reassured and giving Mav such a lovely afternoon!
Lucho loved his day with Jayme and her two beaut daxies! She allowed my partner in her home to check out the area where we’d drop off our baby for the day, and allowed him to settle with her and the doggos. She was kind enough to feed him his brekkie too! She kept me updated with pics and allowed Lucho to play so much with her dogs - he was so exhausted when he was home! A long night’s sleep confirmed how much he enjoyed himself. Will stay in touch with Jayme, she was fab!

Jayme has looked after my JR terrier many times, and I couldn't be happier. She is loving, caring and always cautious with safety, which makes us feel as if she is the right choice for us. We have left our little one overnight with her and used her dog walking services every week to keep our little furbaby well exercised and happy. Couldn't be happier with Jayme's service.

I currently work from home most days of the week, so I am very flexible with pet care. I’m also available short notice if needed

I have a medium size garden that’s private for only my use. I have two small friendly Daxies who love to play. I’m happy to take any pets that board with me on daily walks.

I love to make sure my pet guests are comfortable and have a fun day. They should look forward to their stays or days with me. I know various local parks to explore and I am happy to play brain games to keep your pet entertained.
