There hasn’t been a day in my life that I didn’t have a pet in my home. I grew up with either a cat or dog (sometimes both, if I was lucky) in the house at all times. So as soon as I was living on my own, I got my first puppy, which was soon followed by a kitten. (And then a second cat and a second dog.) My home is now full of dog hair and cat hair, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m the type of person who wants to show everyone pictures of my pets, and who wants to see pictures of their pets in return. I’m the first to point out a cute dog on the street, whether they’re in a car, walking on the sidewalk, or so far away no one knows where I’m looking. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care. My pets are my family, so I understand how much trust goes into letting someone care for them. I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I’d want someone to give mine. Whether your pet wants to go on a long walk, play until they’re exhausted, cuddle on the couch, or simply have someone nearby while you’re away, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I’m also more than happy to send plenty of pictures and updates, because I know I’d want the same thing while I’m away from my own pets. Basically, if your pet needs a temporary best friend, I’m probably already obsessed with them.
