I'm currently in college for Equine Animal Science, my first degree to becoming a veterinarian specializing in horses. I live with my parents as it's online college, however they're not helping me in any way and I do not offer in-home services since it's their home. Online college makes it much easier for me to flexible and able to help you and your furbabies since I can set it aside and worry about your animals at any given point in time, no meetings, no hold on. I have the ability to set it down immediately at the drop of a hat for them, and I do so constantly with my own animals.

I am more than willing to stay with them for a few hours if you don't want them to be alone, stay the night with them, let them out to go potty and play with them for a bit, take them for walks, help you teach a puppy to go potty outside, and if you have dogs that get stressed at the groomers then I would be happy to try and groom them at home where they feel safer! Really anything you could possibly ask me to do for your pet I would probably do. I love the special ones, even the ones that you have to "sprinkle spices" on their food. My heart is endless for them and I promise to love and protect them like my own.

Let me know if your animals have any little quirks, and I'd be more than happy to oblige. I've had my fair share of weirdos, and they steal a special place in my heart! Also, with larger breed dogs (over 50 lbs), if your dog is reactive or if he/she pulls on the leash, please let me know! It is so important for me to be aware of how larger dogs are going to react when I take them out for walks. I do not want to put either of us in a position where the dog could get away from me, hurt somebody, or even hurt themself.
A typical day
Working with your pets, I understand that there are some dogs that don't necessarily want to be around strangers, and it's important to me to spend time with your pets to let them get to know me and accept me on their own terms. I'm never going to try to force play time, but I'll be more than happy to attempt multiple times throughout my visit. If your dog likes to watch TV, tell me. I like animal documentaries just as much as my dog does! Want me to bathe them while I'm here, or feed them? Just tell me their regimen. If they just want snuggles, I promise I'm right here, but I'm not here to bombard your animal or make them feel uncomfortable. This is supposed to be a positive experience for them!

I have been raised around dogs, rabbits, cats, farm animals, you name it I have done it my entire life through. I do not offer dog training but I have worked to train all of our personal dogs, including one retired service dog. My expertise is definitely in dogs and rabbits, however my love for animals is endless and as long as you tell me what they need I can help them! I can also groom your animals in home if you would like but at an additional charge incase your animals get stressed going to the groomers. I can work with all sizes, all ages, from bottle fed to senior, trust me I have seen them all.

Jaylin is fabulous and a phenomenal pet sitter! She stayed with our pups Jax and Nala several times. The first time I had to go out of town for a few days on business and had no one available to watch our furbabies which stressed me out. In no way were my pups going to a kennel! Our dogs aren't the easiest to care for and have some special needs and require daily meds. We have an elderly and very vocal and demanding Heeler mix as well as an anxious and nervous 100 Belgian Malinois mix with double hip dysplasia. Jaylin is friendly, loving and our dogs were completely comfortable with her the moment we met. She gave us peace of mind that our pups were in good hands and checked in with us daily sharing pictures. Our pups we're so spoiled and loved that I'm sure they are thrilled when we go out of town and she stays over.
