I've been independently caring for animals since I was six years old, giving me years of hands-on experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities. My experience ranges from hamsters and rabbits to dogs and cats, as well as farm animals like chickens and horses. I'm comfortable caring for energetic puppies who need plenty of playtime and attention, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler approach, extra patience, or medications administered as directed. I also have experience caring for shy, timid, and sensitive pets, including those who may have experienced neglect or mistreatment in the past. I understand that some animals need extra time and patience to feel comfortable with someone new, and I'm happy to move at their pace, respect their boundaries, and give them the space and reassurance they need to feel safe. I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and individual needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. Most importantly, I love animals and genuinely enjoy getting to know and spending time with every pet I care for.

I've had plenty of experience house sitting alongside caring for pets, and I understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. I always treat each client's home with the same care and respect I would want for my own, making sure pets stay safe, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. Along with providing plenty of attention and affection, I'm happy to keep an eye on things around the house and make sure everything is taken care of while you're away. My goal is for you to have peace of mind knowing that both your pets and your home are in responsible, caring hands.

Jaylin was great with our 5 dogs! She showed up right on time, kept everything at the house nice and orderly, and took good care of all of our babies overnight. Having 5 dogs can be a lot but we felt good knowing they were being taken care of while we were gone. We would definitely recommend her and will for sure use her again!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you have a perfectly normal, easygoing dog… great. If you have a Max .. the weird-breed, quirky, particular, “I have rules and you’ll learn them” variety.. you want Jaylin. 😂 Max has his own personality, his own routines, and enough little quirks to come with an instruction manual. Jaylin never just tolerated any of it, she learned him. She figured out what makes him comfortable, what he likes, what he doesn’t and somehow manages to make even our odd little guy feel completely safe and loved. She’s patient with him, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely enjoys his weirdness instead of being frustrated by it. I would trust Jaylin with Max without hesitation and honestly, that says A LOT. 😂 She’s responsible, attentive, loving and treats animals like their individual personalities matter. If your pet is your baby, especially if your baby is a little strange, you couldn’t ask for someone better to care for them. Max approved. 🐾❤️

Whether you need someone to stay with your pets, walk your dogs, let them outside, or simply give them love and attention while away, she is the person I would trust. Her love for animals is genuine. While she was staying with my dogs for four days, she even took the time to care for a possum she found in the backyard! She also helped a feral cat that started coming around by having it spayed and eventually giving it a loving home. Schedule
Pet care is already a part of my everyday routine since I have two cats of my own to love and care for! I'm currently taking my college courses online and study from home, which allows me to be available throughout the day. This gives me a flexible schedule to fit pet visits, feeding, playtime, and other care into my schedule. I'd be happy to work with your pet's usual routine and make sure they get the attention and care they're accustomed to!

- Before caring for your pet, I'd love to know anything that will help me keep their routine as normal, comfortable, and safe as possible! This includes important details like medications and how they should be administered, feeding schedules, walking or potty routines, and any special care instructions. I also want to know about any behavioral or safety concerns I should be aware of. Please let me know if your pet has ever gotten into an altercation with another animal or person, what typically triggers it, and how you normally handle the situation. Even if it's something that doesn't happen often, knowing ahead of time helps me keep everyone safe and avoid situations that may make your pet uncomfortable. If there's any possibility of your dog getting loose or escaping from the home or yard, I'd also like to know beforehand. Please tell me if this has happened before, how often it occurs, and what normally works best to get them home safely. For example, do they usually return on their own after a certain amount of time, come when called, respond well to treats or a favorite toy, hop right into the car for a ride, or have another tried-and-true method? If you have a specific protocol you follow when they get out, please walk me through that as well so I know exactly what to do. And, of course, I want to know the little things that make your pet them! Their favorite toys and games, funny habits, favorite spots, commands they know, quirks, and even their weird little rituals. The more I know about your pet and their usual routine, the better I can make sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home while you're away!
