Although I do currently go to school full time and work a part-time job on the weekends, I am looking for opportunities to do drop-ins and dog walking. I love to be outdoors, so if you have a dog that loves a good hike and long trail, I’m on board! I also love to stay in if you are just needing someone to check in on your friend and care for them in your absence. I do over night stays if needed as long as it works around my current schedule, I am more than open to discussing details if necessary.

Safety, trust & environment
Anyone’s pup would be safe in my care, I love to treat any animal I interact with as if they were my own. It’s always my first priority to ensure that the animals I care for do not go hungry, get bored, or feel lonely. Know that your bestfriend would be well watched after and receive lots of love by me. I am a dog person through and through.
Information Jayde Z. would like to know about your pet
I believe that the most important information to know about a dog ahead of time is their medical background. I’d hate to be unprepared if something related to a health condition were to occur so knowing a dog’s medical background and age helps me feel better prepared for the visit to ensure I can take the best care of your friend. Quirks, habits, triggers, motivators, or any other information you think I should know I will absorb like a sponge. It’s very important to me to be prepared!
A typical day
Exploration is key! Especially when the weather is nice, I love to be outside with the animals whether it is playing a game of fetch or going on a long stroll. Once everyone is all tuckered out, I will make sure your dog receives a sufficient amount of food and water, then lay back and watch a movie or study while making sure they feel safe and at peace after a long day, especially if it means they need a good cuddle. I make sure the dogs under my care get several potty breaks throughout the day, and keep a look out for signs that tell me when they need to go. I have worked with senior dogs in the past, and know that some dogs need to use the restroom more often than others.

Pet care experience
I have a significant amount of experience caring for my own little spaniel of 15 years, who thrived and loved life before passing. I have pet sit for a handful of family friends on several occasions and fall in love with every dog I meet. In the past I have worked with my grandmother, who used to be a local breeder in her town. I learned a lot about caring and nurturing newborn puppies, especially as they grew older. I’ve also obtained experience working at a Petsmart grooming salon, where I gained valuable insight into the process of bathing and grooming various breeds!

Jayde was awesome! Thankyou so much.

Jayde does a great job. Lots of walks and attention. My dog is always happy to see her! I know she is well taken care of when I am gone.

Jayde did a fantastic job caring for Mutton. I would definitely recommend her. My puppy is a ball of energy so I am grateful.

Jayde was AMAZING! She was so loving and caring for Sofie. She communicated so well, and sent several photos throughout the day, which totally took away any questions I had . I highly recommend Jayde as your pet sitter, and definitely will be my go to sitter for Sofie.
