Availability
I work as a full time hair stylist and I am typically available most week days as well as weekends. Currently, I’m able to do drop ins in the morning & evening. Bookings sent in advance are always best - this allows us time to arrange a meet and greet, key pick up and also make sure I am available. I try my best to make sure my calender on Rover is updated frequently to reflect my current availability! I can occasionally accept last minute bookings - please don’t hesitate to reach out! I am always happy to send recommendations if I am unavailable 🙂

during our meet and greet prior to booking, these are things I like to go over and know about your cat: food (schedule, amount, etc) litter (location & disposal), water (location) as well as your cats personality! do they like to cuddle or play? are they more shy and take time to warm up? It’s also helpful for me to know if your cat has any medical needs/takes any medication currently, and how it is administered. If your cat has any behavioral issues, please let me know. I would love to hear anything else you feel I should know that will help me provide the best care possible and keep your kitty happy.
A typical day
When i’m watching an animal, I like to spend lots of time playing with them & cuddling (if they’d like)! I will always send pictures during every visit so you know how your fur baby is doing ☺️

My name is Jayda and i’m a very animal passionate person. I own my own cats currently & I’ve owned many types of animals ( including cats, dogs, rodents, etc) throughout my life. I consider myself to be well rounded in their care. I’m able to do check ins & whatever else is needed in helping maintain your pets happiness and yours as well (i’m happy to check mail or grab packages, water plants, etc).

Jayda was great with my timid cat while we were gone! It was the first time she has been fully alone since my other cat passed away and Jayda spent lots of time playing and petting on her to keep her company. She was also very consistent and sent lots of photos to let us know how Harper was doing.
Thanks for taking such great care of the boys! Everything looks great. I have some dates coming up in July and later and will request a rebooking if that is OK with you.
Jayda has taken care of our cat multiple times. She is an excellent communicator, a great photographer, and highly responsible. During this last visit, we were especially grateful that she watched out for our ailing cat's health. We came back to a happy kitty! Jayda comes with our highest recommendation!!
