I’ve had pets my whole life. I’ve worked at numerous kennels, sat many pets, and own my own furry best friends. I was an assistant GM at a dog daycare and lead dog trainer before relocating to Virginia. Not only do I have experience with sitting pets, but also have knowledge with walking, training, introducing animals to each other, handling packs of dogs, grooming, diet, and helping you to understand dog psychology as well!

Jayara was great with our dogs and our house. She was consistent with updates and great pictures of our dogs. Never did we freel nervous or worried about our pets while we were away! We'll be looking to book Jayara for future petsitting opportunites without hesitation.

I’m very flexible outside of my grooming schedule, which is only a couple days a week. I do help care for my grandma as well. But have no fear, we can work out anything you might need!

I have a huge field across the street for exercising and potty needs, a super friendly small breed dog to keep your pet company, and I can crate your dog or mine if need be. I have handling-training-grooming-boarding-and sitting experience so I’m very well versed in health, behavior, and body language.

A typical day
I love walking dogs, I love to get them exposed to as much as possible on their walk so that they are physically and mentally stimulated. The absolute best way to bond with a dog is to walk with them! I also enjoy training, playing, and playing that implements training manners. Cats, I can play with any designated toys, treats, or pets if they prefer.
