Active dog buddy who spoils cats!
I grew up with a German Shepherd and have spent years walking friends’ dogs and caring for their cats whenever they were out of town. I have three cats and two dogs of my own, volunteer regularly at a local animal shelter, and treat every pet as an individual—not a one-size-fits-all routine. I’m active, reliable, and happiest outdoors with a dog who needs a real walk (and plenty of belly rubs after). I’ll give your pets the exercise and attention they need while you’re away, and I’ll send regular updates so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I’m comfortable with administering medication, and feeding special diets to anxious or senior pets. I’m happy to follow your routine or build a simple one if you don’t have one yet. Your pets are family. I’ll treat them that way.

Jaya was the best rover sitter we’ve ever had! She dropped in on our sweet kitty while we were out of town for a few days. She sent me multiple pictures and videos every day that really gave me a good sense of what Nori(our cat) was up to. She was extremely communicative and responsive. She gave me tips on how to introduce Nori to a new, healthier food. She provided a radio to leave on since Nori is used to a bustling, noisy house. She went above and beyond- bringing Nori treats every day, toys, even a new cat bed! We would 100% recommend Jaya’s services to a friend, and hire her again if she is available. Thank you Jaya!!

Schedule
I am available during afternoon on weekdays to walk your dog(s) and do drop-in visits for cats/dogs as needed. I can do weekends on urgent/case by case basis as well, if absolutely needed.

- Dogs: I especially enjoy walking and sitting medium and large dogs, and I’m happy to care for seniors too. A meet-and-greet first helps me learn their likes, dislikes, and routine so walks and time at home go smoothly. Cats: I also prefer a meet-and-greet before sitting. Every cat has different social and care needs, and I’m comfortable with seniors as well as giving medications or fluids when needed.
