We require a meet-and-greet with your dog before booking to better understand their character, energy level, and routine. This also helps us learn what they like and dislike, and any special considerations such as diet, medication, or special needs to ensure we create a tailored and comfortable experience for them during their stay with us. For the safety of our family and guests, we cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression toward other dogs or people. All dogs must have current vaccinations and flea treatments. Additionally, we cannot accommodate dogs with excessive barking issues or those who have had contagious infections like diarrhea in the past two weeks.
