Lea and I both work full-time from home, so we’re home throughout the day and able to give dogs plenty of attention, company and structure. We plan our day around the dogs in our care, including regular toilet breaks, supervised garden exercise, playtime, enrichment and calm rest periods. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible so they feel settled and comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will be cared for in my home as part of the family in a calm, supervised and dog-friendly environment. I always make sure dogs have time to settle in, plenty of reassurance, and a good balance of play, exercise and rest. My own dog, Sonny, is a good-natured Golden Doodle who loves other dogs. He is castrated, friendly and comfortable around female un-neutered dogs. I will always prioritise safe introductions, supervision and your dog’s individual needs.

Information Jay B. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know as much as possible about your dog’s usual routine, personality, feeding schedule, toilet habits, walking preferences and any behaviours I should be aware of. It is especially helpful to know how they are around other dogs, as I have my own friendly Golden Doodle, Sonny. Please also tell me about any allergies, medication, separation anxiety, recall issues, nervousness, resource guarding, or special care needs so I can make sure your dog feels safe, happy and well looked after.
A typical day
A typical day will include a warm welcome, time to settle in, a good walk, scheduled and supervised garden time, play, and plenty of breaks to relax. Because I work from home, the dogs will have company throughout the day rather than being left on their own for long periods. I like to keep dogs mentally and physically stimulated with walks, sniffing time, gentle games and garden exercise, while also making sure they get enough downtime.

Pet care experience
My partner Lea and I both work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company, care and supervision throughout the day rather than being left alone. Between us, we have a collective 20 years of experience caring for dogs and have always loved having them as part of our lives. We offer a calm, friendly home environment with lots of attention, regular toilet breaks, and supervised garden play. We’re happy to follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, rest periods and any special instructions. We also have our own dog, Sonny, a good-natured Golden Doodle who loves other dogs. He is castrated, sociable and gentle, making him a lovely companion for dogs visiting for daycare. We always take introductions slowly and make sure every dog feels safe, settled and comfortable.
