I’m a full time student at UTD, but I have an open schedule with lots of flexibility. I’m only in classes 3-6 hours a day and have lots of downtime outside of class.

I take the time to get to know your dogs so I can make sure they are happy and enriched. I have an in home consultation before hand to discuss all of the details of my sit, plus I get to know your pets and their environment. If your pet has any medications or special needs I am more than happy to accommodate them for no extra charge. Every dog deserves VIP treatment no matter what I make sure to send updates and pictures throughout my sit and I am always prepared to take your pet to their vet or emergency vet if necessary. Your dog is in safe care with me.

A typical day
I love going on walks and playing in the backyard with dogs, and using cat toys with the cats. After they’re worn out I love to cuddle with the dogs and cats.

Pet care experience
I have always adored animals and I am very experienced with dogs. I am a student at UTD and I’m an officer in the SIT (service dogs in training) program. We partner with Canine Companions to raise and socialize their puppies before they go into formal training. I have lots of experience with puppies and young dogs through SIT but I am also experienced with older dogs with medications, arthritis, and other mobility needs.

Jaxon was awesome, he stayed at our house for several nights and watched our 9-year-old golden retriever, as well as our 6-month-old puppy. He was responsible, polite, neat, great with the boys, and they seemed very happy upon our return. I would highly recommend using him for pet sitting!

He sends plenty of photos that give us total peace of mind, follows our instructions perfectly, and leaves our home exactly as he found it. Jaxon has been amazing and when my dog had an emergency he gave her a bath and handled the situation very well.
