Wonderful walks in the countryside
I’ve had dogs all my life and really feel a connection with them. I like all dogs, big and small, young and old. I moved to East Bergholt in April 2024 and spend much of my free time walking around the countryside. Even better with a dog so very happy to meet new dogs to come and join me. It's especially enjoyable off the lead, there are great areas around here that are wide open and safe, I like going through the fields, woods and hills, looking for new places to discover. I live on my own and don't have my own dog at the moment as, although I work from home alot, I need to go into the office as well. So happy to have the company and adventures of dogs that are looking for a home away from home every now and again. I've met some really great dogs so far.

Jason is wonderful, we couldn't have asked for more! He was great with our Manchester Terrier, Philip, who can be wary and anxious around new people. Jason’s knowledge and love for dogs meant he was able to win Philip round in no time. We also really appreciated the helpful communication and updates with pictures and videos to see how their weekend was going together. Highly recommend and would love to use Jason’s services again. Jason was simply incredible. Incredibly kind, so accommodating, he really got to know our dog and we felt so safe leaving her with Jason. We were gone for quite a while (3 weeks) and throughout this period, Jason kept us in the loop every day, sending photos and videos from walks and other adventures! It almost felt like we never left our dog at all! So happy to know that there are such dog-loving and kind people around. We’ll definitely use Jason’s services again in the future!

I can't recommend Jason highly enough. I was apprehensive about Roxie being looked after for 9 days with someone she wasn't used to - she's never spent a night away from home in all her 12 years! But she met Jason beforehand, and they both got on really well. She went off happily with him for her "holiday". Jason sent me daily pics and videos and told me the things they got up to. She's had a whale of a time and seems reluctant to be back home!
We really hit the jackpot when we found Jason. We have never used a pet sitter before and were nervous about leaving our bill dog with a stranger. But Jason was perfect. He is experienced and relaxed with dogs and obviously loves them. He sent us plenty of photos and videos of Oreo while we were away and she was clearly having a fun time. We would not hesitate in using Jason again - he will be our first choice every time. Thank you Jason!
Rocky has had a lovely holiday with Jason.Rocky has spent four days with Jason and he loved his mini holiday! Jason offered a meet & greet before Rocky’s stay and Rocky felt at ease with him immediately. Throughout Rocky’s stay Jason kept me updated with photos & videos and messages. The two of them had a great time and Rocky was very well looked after. I can highly recommend Jason and I am sure Rocky would love to go on holiday again.

I work from home alot so can be flexible, and live close to the edge of the village so head out a number of times during the day to go walking in the countryside. My weekends are mainly spent walking around the countryside.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are welcome and encouraged to make my home their home. They are welcome to find their favourites spots wherever throughout the house. Happy to accomadate the behaviour they are used to, for example if they are not allowed on the sofa or upstairs. Appreciate a dog's routine especially around feeding times. I'll send regular pics and videos during the stay.
A typical day
Lots of walks when out and relaxing at home with toys and happy to throw the ball, and plenty of affection is guaranteed. I think dogs appreciate a calm and relaxing atmosphere at home as much as energy and excercise when out.
