Hi! I’m Jason, a local elementary school teacher with nine years of independent pet-sitting experience. I grew up with seven cats and have cared for dogs of all sizes, including Samoyed puppies, Beagles, Boxers, Pit Bulls, Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, and Golden Retrievers. I’m especially patient and calm with nervous, energetic, or attention-seeking pets. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior pets, crates, dogs that pull, multiple-pet homes, separation anxiety, and cleaning up the occasional accident. I also have experience caring for elderly cats and cats with diabetes and kidney disease. I can administer pills, liquid medicine, eye and ear drops, topical treatments, and injections when given clear instructions. I send detailed updates with photos and information about food, water, bathroom habits, and behavior. During house sitting, I can also bring in packages, water plants, take out trash, clean up messes, handle minor leaks, and do basic house maintenance if necessary.

Schedule
I’m an elementary school teacher on summer break and completing graduate school virtually, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available for drop-ins, long visits, and overnight care throughout the summer.
