It granted me an opportunity to establish a reputation of excellence in the care I provide not only for your four-legged friends, but for you and your home as well. If you work long hours, are planning a trip out of town, or just need a break from the many joys of raising a new puppy or kitten, reach out and let me be the one to help! *Ask about my extended drop-in rates* Having a natural affinity and respect for all animals throughout childhood, I volunteered at the Humane Society as a dog walker for many years, took horseback riding lessons for 3 years and owned dogs, cats, birds, rats and a few fish. Possessing a very compassionate heart, I worked as a caregiver for people with disabilities, as well as Alzheimer's and dementia care, and although my heart was in it, I began to struggle with all the loss of people I not only cared after, but cared for. I worked in this field for over 20 years, while continuing to care for my family and friend's pets as favors. After my spouse's passing in 2019, I decided to make a change in career to something that I not only have a passion for, but also adds more joy into my life. I received my certification in pet first aid/CPR and began pet care full-time. After taking on professional pet care, I discovered a passion for growing it into a small business, and have been grateful for the years of experience I've gained working with dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages and varying medical needs including medication regimens, epilepsy and potty assistance for those suffering from arthritis and paralysis, etc. The frequency in which my clients have expressed my passion shines through, in the detailed updates and expressive photo's I send during my time with them, has brought me great joy and fuels my drive for continued outstanding care!

With me on the job, your furry friend with get all the love, hugs, tummy rubs, and attention they could want! As well as sticking to your pet's unique schedule, I strive to provide a playful and enriching environment for your furry companion, including daily walks, and frequent games that support cognitive health, both indoors and outdoors! I am also delighted to complete any home-related care (ex; collecting newspapers, mail, light house cleaning, watering gardens and indoor plants, etc) in your absence. Understanding travel can be stressful in itself, It is my goal to create a worry-free, stress-free pet care experience for everyone. I have a lot of scheduling flexibility to offer your pet the care and consideration they deserve, and I do my best to personalize every visit to accommodate your and your pet's needs!

Jason was amazing! They watched my kitty for a few days, in my home, and I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Jason was on time, and did exactly what I asked and that was to keep my kitty from being lonely and even got her into a new show, CatTV lol. Seriously the best house sitting experience I’ve ever had on Rover! Thank you so much 😊
Jason has become our twice weekly walk after spending 10 days housesitting our two dogs. He is very caring considerate person and did a wonderful job of looking after both dogs and our home for 10 days. It was the first time we were away from the dogs, and they were very calm and relaxed when I returned. The house was just as we left it and Jason sent lovely photos and wonderful updates every day. He’s a good communicator and always on time. I would not hesitate to book him again and recommend him 100%.
My dog has a new best friend in Jason. It’s so reassuring to leave town and know my pup will be in the best of hands.
We have three dogs, one of which is a rescue with some trauma. Because of this, the rescue and the other two dogs are separated by baby gates most of the day to avoid scuffles. It’s a lot of work for one person to give equal attention to everyone throughout the day but Jason did a wonderful job and everyone was happy and healthy when we returned home! I’m always anxious to leave them but Jason sent great updates along with cute pics that helped calm my nerves. He also left the house in great shape!
Jason stayed overnight with our two dogs while we went to a wedding on the east coast. His constant communication (2 detailed messages each day) and 8 pictures with each update, provided a peace of mind that allowed us to enjoy our time away. Not only did he take great care of our pups, but was also an excellent house guest. We came home to an immaculate house with everything just as tidy as when we left. He even started the linen and towel laundry from his stay in the guest room. Our pups were happy to see us when we returned and although they might have been a little anxious about us being gone, we could tell that this experience was good for them, that they were well cared for, and that they were calm after our return. We highly appreciated Jason’s care and would not hesitate to use him again.

Schedule
Having been a pet owner, I understand that following your pet's routine is key for their comfort and ease of well-being. You're the boss, so please let me know what you are looking for; I understand everyone's needs are different and I am flexible and confident we can find a perfect solution that fits your needs! While I may have some other walks or drop-in commitments during the day, I strive to keep your pet's routine and needs on track while you're away. When booking an overnight stay with me, I tend to set up your house as my "home base" and return to your furry family after completing any morning walks or drop-ins with others, guaranteeing your pet is not left alone for more than 4-6 hours throughout the day, unless specified they have potty or medical needs in the 2-4 hour window of self sufficiency.
