Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I take seriously and genuinely enjoy. I currently have a 5-year-old, 90 lb German Shepherd — a loving but anxious rescue whom I’ve helped rehabilitate — and I grew up with pets, including my beloved 10 lb Daisy dog, who I cared for through all 17 years of his life. These experiences have given me hands-on knowledge with puppies, seniors, and pets that need extra patience, attention, and consistency. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including shy, energetic, anxious, reactive, and medically complex pups. I’ve cared for pets with special diets, oral and topical medications, and detailed routines, and I’m very comfortable supporting dogs with conditions like IVDD, seizures, cancer, and other health needs. I always follow your instructions closely and prioritize safety, comfort, and calm, reliable care. I also have experience with cats and other animals, and I’m happy to help with fish and reptiles as well. I’m respectful of clients’ homes and do my best to leave everything tidy and cared for while you’re away. If needed, I can also help with light household tasks during sits so you come home to a space that feels looked after. Because I work from home, I can provide frequent check-ins, walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I’m big on communication and consistency, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how things are going. Whether it’s a quick walk, a half-day visit, or an extended stay, your pet will get attentive, dependable care from someone who truly enjoys being around animals!
