Safety, trust & environment
Super friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I am a man in his mid 40s, some may say mature ha ha. Great communication with quick replies and photo updates. I'm a stickler for details, so if there's anything I need to know I will jot it down for reference. I always walk dogs with their lead on. My wife will also join me for the occasional walk as she is also a dog lover.
Ratings and reviews
We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our 13-week-old dachshund puppy, Hazel. From the start, Jason was super helpful with the booking process and really took the time to understand Hazel’s needs. He was wonderfully caring and patient, handling everything our high-energy puppy threw at him! Over the week, Jason did multiple visits — including long full days and evening drop-ins — always keeping to Hazel’s routine and making sure she was happy, exercised, and well looked after. She loved her beach walks and adventures with Jason, and we loved the peace of mind knowing she was in such safe hands while we enjoyed activities where we couldn’t take her. We got regular updates throughout each period of care - including cute photos of Hazel having the time of her life. We’d highly recommend Jason for any pet care needs — reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.

- It’s really important for me to know your furry family members routine, personality, and any specific needs they may have. That includes things like their feeding schedule, medications, favourite toys or activities, and how they usually behave around people and other animals. I also like to know if they have any fears, health issues, or behaviour quirks—like being anxious during storms or pulling on walks—so I can make them as comfortable and happy as possible. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can care for them like they’re my own. If possible before walks, if you can have the harness already on as this would be helpful and allow more time for walking and fun.
