Jason was great with Daisy. He jumped in last minute and took good care of her while we were away and sent updates and pics the whole time and left the apartment spotless when we got back. Very reliable and easy to work with, would book him again for sure!

Jason and Armeda did a lovely job taking care of my elderly dog Puddles. Jason sent us updates twice a day on most days and Puddles- a historically picky eater- didn't seem to have a hard time devouring the gourmet meals of fresh vegetables and scrambled eggs Jason made him! Overall, I think it was a wonderful experience and we're eternally grateful of the care and attention they gave our little fella while we were out of town. My only constructive feedback is that I wish communication were clearer and more forthcoming. Jason was two hours late arriving to our place and left before we arrived without explanation. I would have preferred more transparency if there was a reason to leave, specially when the booking was for several hours more than the time we ended up needing. It was confusing for me to come home, curious about how the time had been, and not been able to debrief with Jason and Armeda in person.

Phenomenal job all around. It was our first time using rover for housesitting and we were a bit nervous to leave Marvin (our cat) for such a lengthy period given how many meds he has to have administered. He gets thyroid medication administered twice daily and gets a daily asthma pump. But Marvin was well taken care of! He was pampered and spoiled in all the best ways. We got daily updates with pictures and videos of Marvin which we were really appreciative of. Even during the meet-and-greet it was clear that Marvin would be just fine as Armeda wrote meticulously notes in her phone about Marvin’s routine (which as a spoiled cat is a lot!). We came back to a happy cat and an extremely clean house. I truly recommend Jason and Armeda, they were great. Thank you again!

Felt very ahppy leaving my cats and dog in Jason's care. This is the second time that I. have booked overnights with him. Very responsive and my place was very clean and well taken care of

Jason was communicative and worked hard to get our shy/skittish dog to warm up to him. By the end of the weekend both Nova and Frankie were big fans. He also left the apartment very tidy, dishes clean and garbage taken out. Very classy. I would highly recommend.

I am so very happy with the service that Jason provided. I received multiple daily updates and instantaneous responses every time I reached out with a question. I felt so much more comfortable on my vacation knowing my kitties and pup were in great hands. When I got back, my apt was even cleaner than when I left it! I wish I could give more stars. Would absolutely book in the future.
