Absolutely amazing experience with Jason! This was our first time using the app, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire boarding process. We had a last minute booking and a very specific request. Our dogs had to be a part of our wedding ceremony. We were getting married that weekend and needed someone we could trust to safely drop off our girls at the chapel. Jason not only agreed without hesitation but executed everything perfectly. That peace of mind during such an important moment meant the world to us. When we arrived, Jason warmly welcomed us into his home. He introduced our girls to his own dogs (who looked like full sizeed versions of ours, it was adorable!) and we could immediately tell he genuinely loves dogs as much as we do. It was clear our girls would be in great hands, and we felt completely at ease leaving them with him. Throughout their stay, Jason sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel connected and reassured knowing they were happy and well cared for. Abbie and Layla had a wonderful time with Jason, and we will definitely be trusting him with our girls again in the future. Highly recommend him for anyone who needs a loving, reliable pet caregiver! 🥰🐶

Jason is hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had with Rover—and that’s saying a lot because I’ve had many great ones! From the moment Raider was in his care, he made me feel completely at ease. His updates and pictures were thoughtful and consistent, and I could clearly see how happy and at home Raider was while in his care. It’s obvious Jason truly loves what he does and takes the responsibility seriously. I knew Raider was in great hands, and that peace of mind is priceless. I would absolutely use Jason time and time again. Highly, highly recommend!

Jason so kindly took our last minute booking and was so communicative and reassuring, which is essential when you're leaving your pet in a new city with a new sitter! I was comforted to know that Jason already had a hairless cat, so I didn't have to worry about explaining the weird little quirks of the breed. There was a separate space for Butterbean in case he got overwhelmed by all the new friends; Jason sent many photos of the course of the day and kept me updated on Butterbean the whole time. I highly recommend and will absolutely book again next I'm in the area!
