Canine friendly dad
My parents adopted our family dog just before I was born. She was a German Sheppard named Kristy who was my friend and guardian until she passed. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart and I love their energy and connectedness. I love walking, playing fetch or just hanging out them. I’m now the protector and friend to dogs and I take my role seriously. My parents also loved cats. I remember when I was young that my parents adopted a couple stray cats and before we knew it they had kittens. Cats have always been a part of my immediate family. I have two now (Mittens and Squawky) I am looking forward to meeting yours!

I will take your dog(s) for walks (poop scoop), feed them on schedule, play with them as appropriate for their age, give them any medicines needed and show them lots of affection.

Jason watched our two cats — one elderly and independent, and one young, shy, and anxious — during our two‑week international trip, and he was amazing. He came twice a day, handled meals, litter boxes, and even supervised their outdoor patio time. He never missed a visit or check-in. He also spent extra time on the visits if he could, and helped us with mail/packages that arrived while we were gone. Really above and beyond. He sent photos and detailed notes every visit, which made us feel totally at ease while we were away. The best part was how he bonded with our extra‑shy cat. She usually hides from everyone, but Jason spent extra time with her each visit, letting her warm up at her own pace. After a few days, they were basically best buddies — she wasn’t hiding anymore and actually came out to greet him. It made us so happy that our babies were happy! We’d book Jason again in a heartbeat.

Schedule
Being a pet owner, taking care of animals is part of my daily routine. When adding more pets to be with it adds more joy and fun to my life. I have a lot of availability so that isn’t typically an issue.
