I think about all the things I would want in a dog sitter for my 9 year old husky mix-- punctuality, reliability and consistency. These help guide my dog sitting services, as I know how valuable our time is. For ten years I have lived with, raised and trained dogs along with my mom while she taught me the most important things: to remain patient and consistent with our furry friends, and to radiate positive energy because they are more perceptive than we even know. I am a post-bacc student here in Davis, but I always find the time to help let some of my pup's energy out with runs and two daily trips to the dog park. I have found some very creative ways to relieve him of this pent-up energy (harnessing him to my bike and letting him pull me like a sled dog), and similarly, I have found some fulfilling activities that are tailored to the dogs I have been a sitter for, as each of our little pals are very unique in their preferences and needs. To save you the time and effort, I must let you know that I am unfortunately allergic to cats, therefore I will be able to provide all other services for a client's dog excluding overnight boarding for clients with cats in their home.
