I’ve cared for a variety of dog breeds, ages, and demeanors since I was 10. My first experiences were walking, grooming, training, and playing with my grandparent’s shelties and collies at the dog shows I participated in. Since then, neighbors, friends, and family have asked me to pet-sit overnight, drop-in visit, and dog walk singular and multi-dog homes. I have ample experience dog walking, feeding, cleaning and refilling water bowls, playing with pups, poop cleanup, bathing, grooming, and treat training for basic commands and attentive walking.

Safety, trust & environment
I have two female cats and know the importance of reading body language and boundaries, so I like to let guests/sitters know preferred petting and play styles for better experiences both ways. Similarly, I like to know about any special behaviors or instructions on how to interact with a pet before meeting them. Upon meeting them, I am very patient when they may need to adjust to a new person, and know food and play are some of the quickest ways to build trust. I meet each pet where they’re at.

Jasmine was incredible! She is great with communication and taking pictures during her drop in. She spent a lot of time with my kitties which made me feel so much better about leaving them. Definitely would recommend her to anyone!

Jasmine does so well with the animals she cares for, its is amazing. She took care of my dog for me, and gave him so much attention for the times I was away, he absolutely adored her. Her attention to detail and following instructions is impressive, as well as following her intuition for how to best address needs that come up.

Schedule
I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits during typical working hours (8am to 5pm) during weekdays and have some flexibility to dog-walk/drop-in visit earlier or later if needed. I am available for pet-sitting during the week and on select weekends, with the ability to stay overnight.
