Dogs make me happy :)
I love having dogs in my home and since joining Rover we have had lots of lovely dogs come to stay with us. You can be guaranteed that your dog will be treated as part of the family and will be truly spoilt during their stay! I always make sure to send you regular updates and picture to tell you how they are settling and I will do my best to stick to your routine as best as possible. I love going for long walks and exploring and I love to have a dog or two for company. I live with my husband who loves dogs nearly as much as I do. We have two pet lizards, a mountain horned dragon and a giant gecko. They are housed up high in vivarium's where they stay at all times - so they are no bother to dogs.

This was our first time using Rover or having our boy looked after, so naturally we were apprehensive. I’m so glad we found Jasmine, she took wonderful care of Miles and really put us at ease during the duration of his stay! Jasmine was simply fantastic, kept me up to speed during the day and Nessa loved being there as she was itching to get inside the next time I dropped her off! Jasmine was also super flexible as my plans chopped around a little. Thanks for taking such good care of Nessa!

PLEASE NOTE: We are hoping to be undergoing major home renovations between February - March 2025. This means that we will not be able to look after any pets during this time as our environment may not be secure of safe. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. I am lucky to work from home most of the time and am blessed to be able to work flexibly. I aim to go to the office one day a week when possible but this is flexible. If my calendar is unavailable, I would always recommend reaching out to me regardless as I can be flexible.

Safety, trust & environment
When possible, I always prefer to arrange a meet and greet for new pets. For overnight stays or stays for more than one day, I will always request that we meet beforehand. This is to ensure that both your dogs and I are comfortable and gives us the opportunity to ask questions. I have a good sized garden which is enclosed by fencing. Some of this fencing is half height so may not be suitable for dogs who can jump more than 4ft. Dogs will always be supervised in the garden. Throughout your dogs stay, I will always send you regular update and pictures to let you know how they are settling in. I am happy to provide medications and stick to your routine as much as possible so your dog feels happy. I live with my husband who features in my pictures and loves dogs nearly as much as me.
A typical day
During the week I am usually working, so dogs will normally spend the day with me on the sofa. I will always try and go for a walk on my lunch break around the village for some fresh air and to stretch our legs. During breaks throughout the day, we will go into the garden to play. Depending on the time of year, we like to take dogs out on longer walks in the evening after work. At the weekends we love going for walks. Silver End has lots of lovely country walks, or if your dog travels well, there are plenty of nice walks in the local area. We are both very active and would love to have dogs who are happy to be active with us.

- I am happy to consider most dogs but I do have a preference for small/medium sized dogs. It will be useful to understand your dogs schedule so that I can do my best to keep them comfortable whilst they’re here and make sure they’re happy. Silver End has lots of dogs, so it's important that your dog is not aggressive towards other dogs.
