WFH - Cuddlebug!
I would love for you all to know about my experience with pet sitting, so I would like to start with a quick story. When I was turning five, my grandpa took me to a pet shop the day before my birthday. After feeding the neighborhood cats and playing with the stray puppies, I just knew I’d come home with a dog of my own that day. I was elated — that is, until we left and I was the owner of a bird. As a five year old, I was disappointed! But I grew to love the bird as I realized I loved other animals. And by the time I turned 12, I finally did have pup of my own. I tell that story to say, I have years of personal experience caring for pets, whether they were my own or not. In my family home, we currently have an elderly dog and a teenaged cat - in my apartment, we have a one year old kitten. I love pets of all ages and sizes and I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! You can trust that I’ll give them lots of love and cuddles in your absence!

My goal is to make sure you and your pet are happy and comfortable throughout this process! If your pet seems overwhelmed or nervous with me at first, I’ll know how to read this body language and I’ll give them the time and space they need to open up to me. If they want cuddles, they can have as many as they need! I’ll communicate openly with you to ensure your comfort level and trust, and I’ll make sure you and your pet are my top priority!

Jasmine is a great pet caregiver! I had surgery in the summer of 2021 that made it difficult to care for my fur baby, Achilles. Jasmine took such great care of him for the few weeks I couldn't! He loves her so much. I can't thank or recommend her enough!

Schedule
I’m currently working from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible - the main thing I’d have to take into account is commuting! Once I’m there, I’ll have tons of time to spend with your pet, or take them on as many walks as needed.
