I was kept updated about my pup Ashley while out of state. They took such great care of her and were patient with her severe anxiety. Definitely recommend them for others!!

I would not book with this sitter again. Communication was great the first day, then it basically stopped. When I asked how my puppy was doing, I was told she was at work instead of receiving an actual update. After bringing Cash home, he immediately started having accidents in the house, peed in his crate, and even pooped in his crate, things he had NEVER done before this stay. What really upset me was that I later found out he had been having accidents while he was in her care, and she admitted she never told me because she “expected accidents” since “he’s a puppy.” She kept using the fact that he’s a puppy as an excuse, but every puppy is not the same. My puppy was already crate trained and potty trained before I left him with her. As his owner, I should have been informed the moment that started happening, not after I reached out with concerns. She also admitted that she and her sister have jobs that can require them to stay late, which made me question whether my puppy’s routine was actually being followed. If I had known his potty schedule could be affected by work, I never would have booked. When I arrived to drop Cash off, I had to wait because she told me it was going to be a while due to her ankle being messed up. That was the first time I learned she was injured. She also later told me her mom is handicapped, and admitted that she and her sister work jobs where they can stay late. With all of that, I couldn’t help but question who was consistently supervising the dogs throughout the day . Overall, I left my puppy expecting attentive care and consistent communication, but that was not my experience. Do your research before booking.

Jasmine, Jennifer, and Jada are amazing. Otis always comes back on his best behavior, and he’s always super excited to see them. We wouldn’t dream of leaving our baby with anybody else.
