Professional pet cuddler
I had a childhood kitty who inspired my lifelong love for cats. As a cat sitter and fosterer, I have experience with cats of all ages and temperaments, from bottle-fed kittens to senior cats, and with shy and semi-feral cats too. I also have experience administering medication to friendly kitties. After graduating from university, I worked as a cat sitter for a popular Vancouver cat sitting agency (Urban Tails), visiting cats in their homes. I had several repeat clients who trusted me with their furbabies and homes for weekend getaways and longer trips. At this point, I’ve cat sat and fostered over a hundred cats and kittens over the years, which is a joy to reflect on (I genuinely just love them so much!). I absolutely adore dogs as well. I’ve dog-sat for friends and I can’t wait to have one of my own. I love a long walk and really enjoy the outdoor time and “stopping to smell the roses” moments that come with dog sitting. When I moved to the UK in 2025, I started pet sitting on Trusted Housesitters. I really enjoyed it and used the service to travel and decide where I wanted to settle down (Oxford captured my heart). In my free time, I love to knit, read, and watch documentaries. I’m a freelance writer and I work from home, so I have lots of time to shower pets with attention (if they want it!) during housesitting visits. I have a flexible schedule, so I’m happy to pop in during your pet’s preferred times for drop-in visits.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m happy to follow any preferences or restrictions you have for your pets. Dogs always stay on lead during walks, unless safe off-leash areas and recall are discussed beforehand. I never bring plants or flowers into house sits. I always put food and my knitting supplies away so curious pets can’t get into them.

Jasmine is one of the most compassionate and trustworthy animal lovers I know. We rescued and fostered six kittens together, and I saw firsthand how much care, patience, and dedication she gave them every day. She played a huge part in helping all six find loving forever homes. She's reliable, attentive, and genuinely treats every pet like family. I couldn't recommend her more highly as a Rover sitter!

Schedule
I’m a freelance writer so my schedule is very flexible. I mostly work from home, stepping out for a cafe or library visit every once in a while for a change of scenery. I’ll keep your pet company for most of the day during housesits. Since I’m self-employed, I can pop in for drop-in visits during the work day to accommodate your pet’s feeding, medication, or activity schedule.
