Hi! I’ve lived with animals my whole life - mostly dogs (poodles!) - and I have two cats of my own who I absolutely adore. I recently moved to Ojai, CA to be closer to nature and embrace a lifestyle centered around wellness, animals, and the outdoors. I've decided to open my Rover sitting profile again (last time I was available on Rover I was in college), as I have had a few experiences sitting pets for friends and the community and I've realized how much I love it! My main gig is working as a marketing consultant remotely, so this lifestyle allows me the space and control over my time to be able to give your pets the attention and care they need daily. I also teach yoga and live a grounded lifestyle that pets tend to vibe with! I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes as well as senior dogs and those who require oral medication. I'm also a major cat lover - most cats warm up to me quickly, and I enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. I approach all animals with gentle loving kindness, making sure they feel seen as I speak to them and give them the attention they deserve. Animals are so special and I feel I can speak their language naturally. Whether we're going on walks through beautiful Ojai, playing in the yard, or just relaxing and providing gentle companionship, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. You'll receive plenty of photos and updates, and your furry friend will receive all the pets and love they deserve.

Whenever I am present in your home, I will keep my eyes on your pet. I will gently and lovingly communicate with them to make them feel safe in my presence. I will be attentive to their body language and won't overstimulate them with too many pets (if that's not their thing) - if that is their thing I will quickly pick up on it and be sure to give your pet lots of pets and love.

Jasmine was graciously available when we wanted to go on a quick trip to Duluth between Christmas and the New Year holiday. Zelda (our dog) instantly approved of her. We received a couple pictures of Zelda each day we were away; Zelda looked comfortable and happy. Zelda was happy to see us when we returned home but not frantic that we were gone. Jasmine reported that she played with Zelda and that they had cuddle time. We had a good trip away and came home to a happy puppy.
Jasmine did a great job watching my Great Pyrenees while I was gone for a week. He has many quirks, but she dealt with them just fine. I would use her again to watch my Pyr.
Jasmine was a wonderful sitter for our beloved dog Scooter. We received regular updates with photos, Scooter was happy and healthy and the house was in perfect condition. We would definitely hire Jasmine again.
Jasmine is amazing!! I was so worried to leave my shy dog for eight days... concerned he would not eat, drink or walk. But the photos every day showed Rhett out and about with his tail in the air. I was shocked!! Best of all, Jasmine was so flexible and easy to work with. Cannot thank her enough!!

Schedule
My job is working from home about 20-30 hours per week, so as long as you have wifi, I can be around to give lots of love and attention to your furry friend throughout the day. I have plenty of time and space to take breaks for walks, play and outdoor time.
