Had Jasmine do a stop by to let my baby boy out as I was way for most of the day for friendmas...she sent me some pictures and let me know when she arrived and left...I will 100% book with her again asap!! I highly recommend her as she's very friendly with the my dog gatsbee...thanks again Jasmine and chico

Jasmine took such good care of our Doberman, Rosie! She sent cute updates and her dog Chico had a blast with Rosie too. We will definitely be booking Jasmine again.

Thank you for taking care of Duke. Jasmine provided photos and videos while I was away and he seemed happy.

Jasmine was great with our boy Scamp who can be reactive. Lots of pictures and videos made our vacation away enjoyable knowing he was happy and safe! Would definitely recommend and use her services again!

Unfortunately I hate having to write a poor review, it should be a zero star. Jasmine stayed in my home for 7 nights to care for my animals. I allowed her to have her boyfriend for the weekend but I said he must go after that and absolutely not be there for when my cleaning lady came on the day of my return. Within 20 mins of my cleaning lady leaving her boyfriend showed up with a case of beer. I have cameras outside. She also said she didn’t smoke but there are cigarette butts left behind which Fred (one of my dogs) ate before I could retrieve it from his mouth. The cleaning lady had to charge me extra because my home was filthy, there was feces all over my toilet inside and out. There was urine on the living room floor with a blanket over it so it was all sticky to my new floors. My dogs were filthy and had lost weight, Ethel one of the females is only 10 months old and she is down 2 full pounds. I instructed her that she must be with the dogs at all times outside in the pool area and to keep the barking to a minimum. I spoke with two of my neighbours and they said the barking was out of control and they only saw her twice in the yard with them. My cat is also very sick. Coughing and sneezing, not once did she make me aware. I also told her to not leave the bedroom door open especially without a mattress cover on the new bed, when the cleaner showed up the bedroom door was wide open without a mattress cover on it. I also told her not to go on the basement as it’s still under renovations and I want to keep the doors shut because the cat will pee. Again, door was wide open. I left the kitty litter box up against a door to another room in my basement and it was moved. She clearly didn’t listen to anything I said, she invaded my privacy and severely neglected my dogs. She lied and deceived me. I even paid her more than what she asked and gave her an additional $100 before knowing how things were. I’m extremely upset and disappointed. I am also very concerned about the treatment of my beautiful fur babies. I do not recommend!!!!
