Jasmine was scheduled to walk my dogs and then dogsit for me. She texted me the day she was supposed to walk them, said she got called into work and said she didn't think she was going to be able to walk them. I texted back asking her to let me know for sure. She never did. The next day, I texted her and asked if she would be walking them and more importantly, would she be coming to sit for me the following night. Again, no response. When I went online, I saw she had cancelled the walking, but not the dogsitting. I texted her about three more times and never heard back. I had already paid and had to call Rover to get reimbursed. I was lucky to find another sitter. This was a very stressful event and I hope no one else experiences it.
