I am requesting a refund because of subpar service. According to Jasmine’s profile, she said she lives in HOUSE with a BACKYARD. In reality, she lives in a carpeted apartment with a balcony. One of the main reasons that we booked Jasmin is because we thought that our girls would have room to play. I specifically stated that it’s my wife and my anniversary so we needed someone who could watch over our girls until 9pm on Saturday. Not only did we tell her beforehand that we KENNEL train the puppies but we also mentioned that they CANNOT have unsupervised play. When we arrived a 6:30 on Friday evening she said that she didn’t have a kennel, but would keep an eye on them so they didn’t get into trouble. She also sent a message saying that she would stay with our puppies the whole allotted time that we reserved. At 3AM she sent us a message asking us to pick our girls up at 9AM because she doesn’t want to leave them alone when she goes to work and because one of our puppies chewed a hole in the carpet. I can’t imagine how we could’ve picked them up if we decided to go out of town. We also requested that they be fed at 8am, 1pm and 6pm. We came to pick up the girls around 9:30 and the bag with the girl’s food was still full, meaning they were not even fed breakfast. We specifically stated that we needed a sitter that would feed them at the correct time. The apartment reeked of cigarettes and there was a bottle of alcohol on the floor next to where she slept/ the puppies played when we picked them up. Jasmin also requested that we pay her through cash app since she was only charged for one puppy. Although Jasmin had very friendly customer service, the overall experience was very deceitful and disappointing. I personally would not leave my puppies with her again.

Jasmine was absolutely awesome, my dog came back happy and refreshed with definitely use her again!!

Jasmine was the BEST! She took great care of of our 10 month old Pekingneese, Rowdy. She spoiled him rotten. She was great about updating me while we were out of town and sent pictures daily. We will be using her again ?

Loved my dog a ton and gave lots of pictures during the day!
