I’m an experienced dog caregiver with a deep understanding of senior and special-needs dogs. I previously owned and lovingly cared for a rescued Cavalier King Charles Cocker Spaniel with special needs, which gave me hands-on experience managing medication schedules, mobility limitations, and the extra patience and attentiveness elderly dogs require. In addition to my own dog, I’ve helped care for other senior dogs with varying needs, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m comfortable providing gentle, routine-focused care that prioritizes comfort, safety, and consistency—especially for dogs who need a calmer, more thoughtful approach. While my strongest experience is with senior and special-needs dogs, I truly love dogs of all ages. I enjoy caring for puppies and younger dogs and focus on maintaining their routines, providing appropriate enrichment, and ensuring they feel secure and well cared for. I’m not a trainer, but I am patient, observant, and confident handling dogs of all temperaments. With each visit, I provide detailed updates and photos so you can feel informed and at ease while you’re away. Whether your dog is young, elderly, or somewhere in between, I care for every animal as if they were my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I’m happy to provide care in my client’s home, where pets are able to stay comfortable and maintain their normal routines. This includes feeding, fresh water, administering medication when needed, cleaning living areas, enrichment, and attentive companionship. For dogs, I’m happy to take them on walks and spend time outdoors in parks or other appropriate public spaces, always prioritizing safety and your dog’s individual needs. Due to rental restrictions, I’m unable to host large dogs in my home, but can accomodate small and medium sized pets. I am also able to care for animals who live in—or can comfortably stay in—enclosed habitats for short durations, such as hamsters, rabbits, lizards, and other small animals. I have experience caring for a variety of small critters and maintain a separate office space in my home where they can be kept safely away from my personal pets. Regardless of the service, I provide clear communication, detailed updates, and photos with each visit so you can feel confident your pet is receiving thoughtful, reliable care.
