I’ve been trying to summarize my short impression/visit with Jasmine. It was not good, in addition to Jasmine being very rude. On top of that, I’ve never met a dog sitter who demanded that I bring a crate for my dog. Based on what I saw, she leaves all the dogs crated for a good bit of time, which can affect their overall wellness. Jasmine demanded that I cancel my flight three days early to pick up my dog because he got out of his cage. This is after I purchased a brand new cage by her request. He literally had no energy and I was worried for his physical health when I picked him up. I’ll never book with her again.
Worst experience ever! Please do not book with her. She kept my dog for 3 days and returned him with a significant amount of poop on him. She also never sent me updates or pictures unless I repeatedly asked for them. I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication. I will never book with Jasmin again. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.
Jasmin is a lifesaver. Our flight got delayed by two days and she was so flexible and able to help keep Nova. I'm so grateful for her.
Jasmin was great with my Jax! She was able to accommodate my request very last minute (the day before) after my original dogsitter fell through. She was very responsive & Jax enjoyed his stay. I'd highly recommend entrusting your pet with her!
