Jashnoor was amazing with Pluto and Astro. She sent me lots of updates and photos throughout their stay, which I really appreciated, and I always felt like I knew exactly how they were doing. Both of my dogs have their own little quirks and can take a bit of time to warm up, but she was very patient with them and let them get comfortable at their own pace. She even took them out separately at first and was really thoughtful about making sure they felt safe and settled. I also appreciated how observant she was, even checking with me when she noticed Astro’s eye looked red. By the end they looked completely relaxed and comfortable with her, which says a lot. The photos she took were also so good and I ended up saving a bunch of them. I would absolutely book Jashnoor again. She was caring, attentive, communicative and really took great care of both of them.
Our dogs have absolutely loved their stay! They quickly bonded with their sitters, and it was clear from the start how attentive and caring they were toward their needs. We felt completely comfortable knowing our dogs were in such good hands. It’s such a relief to find people we can truly trust to care for them, and we would happily have them look after our dogs again!
Jashnoor took care of my cat for a weekend with only one day of notice which I really really appreciated!! She was very attentive and sent lots of updates and photos which made me feel at ease as it was my first time leaving him with a sitter. I would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care in the area.

My fur babies were very well taken care of. Communication was consistent and reassuring throughout, and it was clear she has a genuinely caring approach. Leaving dogs in a new environment can be stressful, but they were handled with such care and attention that it made all the difference.
